Through being wholly independent and accessible, we have also forged excellent personal relationships within the retailing and banking worlds.
Founded in 2001 the initial focus was on UK retail property. In the mid-2000s there was a move to invest in Germany and following that David and Tony founded Estama Gmbh, a provider of asset, property and financial management to German investors with a current portfolio of assets under management of €4bn.
Our ‘hands-on’ and highly positive attitude is matched by our sound judgement and ability to take fast, decisive action, maximising the business opportunities for ourselves and partners. We are well known for our ability to deliver and achieve profitable outcomes in even the most challenging economic climates.
Since 2013, we have acquired 16 shopping centres throughout the UK.
