Founded in 2001, the initial focus was on UK retail property. In the mid-2000s there was a move to invest in Germany and following that David and Tony founded Estama GmbH, a provider of asset, property and financial management to German investors with a current portfolio of assets under management of €4bn.

We are well known for our ability to deliver and achieve profitable outcomes in even the most challenging economic climates.
Since 2013, we have acquired 14 shopping centres throughout the UK.
